2018 Resolutions

My goals for 2018:

  1. Training / Health Goals
    • Go to the gym 4x a week.
    • Practice yoga 4x a week.
    • New blog post 1x a week.
    • Drink more water, less coffee.
  2. Personal / Self-Care Goals
    • Journal and meditate every morning.
    • Dress better to feel better.
    • Have a skin care routine.
    • Stick with a morning routine.
    • Declutter the stuff in my life.
  3. Random Goals
    • Read 10 pages of a book every day.
    • Crochet a blanket.
    • Learn to use my camera.
    • Make a year in 2018 scrapbook.
    • Write a book.
  4. Relationship Goals
    • Create better relationships with friends and family.
    • Build a better personal foundation for myself.

To conclude this list, I will leave you all with this:
