My goals for 2018:
- Training / Health Goals
- Go to the gym 4x a week.
- Practice yoga 4x a week.
- New blog post 1x a week.
- Drink more water, less coffee.
- Personal / Self-Care Goals
- Journal and meditate every morning.
- Dress better to feel better.
- Have a skin care routine.
- Stick with a morning routine.
- Declutter the stuff in my life.
- Random Goals
- Read 10 pages of a book every day.
- Crochet a blanket.
- Learn to use my camera.
- Make a year in 2018 scrapbook.
- Write a book.
- Relationship Goals
- Create better relationships with friends and family.
- Build a better personal foundation for myself.
